I'm looking to better my diet. I've been researching some diets and I would like to build muscle while staying lean. I'm not sure I want to continue the traditional "Bulking/Cutting" phases. I'm interested in the macro nutrients and the variables that would affect them i.e. steroids, activity, goals...etc. I will post more info If i get some replys. Thanks
