Making progress on carnivore...

Well boys and girls... week 1 on the carnivore is over and from the looks of it, I've lost about 3 lbs. I went from 266.8 to 263.8. I will probably start sprints this week (or next week if I keep losing like this w/o them).

Is there a good way to measure results if you don't have a bf caliper? Will a tape be able to give you an accurate view of fat loss? If so, which measurements will give you precise and accurate indications of fat loss?

I don't know how important measurements are.When you look in the mirror,the big smile on your face will say it all.Do take before pictures though,if you haven't already.You will literally be amazed at the transformation that can occur in such a short time.
