Default My diet next up..

Hey all

I would like some input on this.
FIRST: I've tried medium fat/low carb and do not respons good at all to them.

06: 1 T-rex, 3 Levorex

7.30: meal 1: 80g parboiled rice, 200g Chicken, 20g whey, 20g peanuts

9.30: Workout for 45minutes, then cardio for 40 minutes

12: PW Meal: 55-60g carbs from masched potatoes, 35g protein from Whey(50g)

1-1.30: 80g rice parboiled, 300g chicken, broccoly

4.00: 40g rice parboiled, 150g chicken, 20g protein from whey, broccoly, 20g peanuts(10g fat)

6.30: 80g rice, 200g chicken, 20g protein from whey, brocc.

9: 40g rice, 200g chicken, brocc.

11. 200g chicken, 20g protein from whey, broccoly, 20g peanuts


Workout: 6 days per week in the gym, 40 min cardio 6 times per week, also an extra 30 minutes 3 times per week.

Cycle: Test prop EOD 200mg, nolvadex 20mg ED

week 1: T-rex 4 caps per day, levorex 12caps per day
week 2: caffein 200mg/300mg ephedra x 2 per day
week 3(10days): Clenbuterol 50mcg ED 2 days, 100mcg ED 4 days, 150mcg 4days

stats 220lb, 11% BF, looking to come down to 7% BF

Looks good to me. Just don't overtrain. If I was to change anything I might go no carbs in your meal before you lift.

I don't think there's nearly enough fat in there imo. Do you supplement with flax at all?

I also think you're taking in carbs way too late in the day.

That's just my opinion.

I would add three tbs of Udo's choice spread out over the day (1 tbs at a time). I would also cut the rice from 6:30 and 9 meals.
