Ok, i got my lifting buddy (roommate) to start the anpb diet yesterday. 7 hours after breakfast and lifting i thought , what the heck, we'll just check for fun. The ketostick was DARK PURPLE!!! It takes me a whole day to go into ketosis! Anybody else happen that fast?

Oh, and just to make sure, i had him do it an hour later, and it was still the same. CRAZY!
