ANPB Protein Selection

Hey Mr/ X, just saw that you changed the recommended protein for the ANPB diet a while back. Figured I would drop some questions since I am about to jump back into it.

In another thread you recommended 60% egg/30% caseinate/10% whey. So I visited protein factory and this is what I came up with using their handy dandy Protein Lab:

30% Aussie Caseinate
60% Egg White Protein
10% Iso-Chill Whey Isolate

This sound ok?

Also, on the subject of sweeteners and flavorings, do you have any suggestions here? I figured Splenda by default, but I want you input before I place my order.

I plan on starting up the diet again after I do my liver detox as outlined by SYL. I am gonna keep a super detailed log this time as well

Congrats on getting back into it. That mix is good... there was a particular post where SYL recommended:

The problem with Splenda is that is contains dextrose and maltodextrose, aka sugar. This can kick you out of ketosis if you are consuming it in large amount (obviously you take in quite a bit on the anpb diet) so I would suggest not doing that. Go with teh acesulfame and maybe vanilla or chocalate for flavor. I'm not sure if the fruit flavors have citric acid in them, but I know this has a tendency to kick some people out of ketosis. Hope this helps.

I was curious about what X or SYL (or anyone else for that matter) thought about using the Night Formula which is 25% casinate, 25% soy isolate, 25% whey isolate and 25% milk isolate. It is almost two dollars cheaper per pound (I am a college student... I try to save money where I can), but I'm not interested in sacrificing its efficacy. I am currently using pure casinate but am interested in trying something else soon.
