In the last 6 weeks or so I'm down from a porcine 258 to a slightly less porcine 241. I'm on my way to 220 or BUST! I've always had abs but I want some veins and striations too. Hopefully 235 by New Years then 220 by April'ish.

I'm not really sure. I am watching what I eat but it's definitely not strict. I have a slow metabolism and I can easily gain weight on 3,000 cals/day...matter of fact thats what got me from 235 to 258 w/o really trying.
I lift 3-4 days/week for 45 minutes, do 20 minutes treadmill at 65-70% max HR and 30-45 minutes on the days I don't lift. I would imagine it's the cardio. I'm of the belief that low intensity cardio turns your fat burning engine on and keeps it on for hours after.
