when pressing. I try to do some pre moves like shoulder laterals and it feels better, whats the regimint? I'm using msm and glocosomean. And taking ibuprofin at 4 200mg tabs twice a day.

seems to help, but I thought I'd ask never hurts to ask. :watever

Back Cuff Stretch - Place right hand on left shoulder and left hand on right elbow. Gently pull back right arm. Repeat on left.

Underside Cuff Stretch - Place right hand behind your head and left hand on right elbow. Gently push arm toward your back. Repeat on left.

Front Cuff Stretch - Hold hands behind your back and slowly raise your arms. Stand tall-don't lean forward.

Rotator Cuff Exercise - Warm up with 20 slow arm circles. Hold a small dumbbell in each hand. With thumb pointing down, raise arms out to the side and slightly forward, like pouring water out of a can. Take care not to raise your hand past the shoulder level. Do 10 repetitions, if you feel no discomfort

For strenthening,I stand facing a high pulley.Your arm is bent at 90 degrees.The upper arm horizontal and the forearm vertical.Palm facing forward,grasp the handle.Keeping your upper arm in the same plane,rotate your forearm backwards.

I'm sure if you do a search on rotator cuff exercises,you could find more.

if im reading this right , thats alot of ibuprofin . alieve works better for joint relief

Yes thats from a doctor, 4 200mg ibuprofin twice a day. Seems to really knock out the pain quick.

Thanks strapping, I'm doing those stretches now and I feel a lot better.

I did see this before, I can't quite figure out how to do the last one. Do you twist the barbell and sort of hold it upside down while extending forward?
