anpb diet source

Wild Oats, a nationwide "wholistic" grocery chain, in the bulk foods section has a grinder where you can grind your own peanut butter for those on the anpb diet.

I putting my fat ass on it in February. I'll post the starting results along with some gruesome photos of me as I am now....then photos of progress as I go along.

I did Bodyopus in the mid nineties with great results. I fare better on no carb with regularly scheduled carb ups. I know this...why I insist on getting away from this intuitive knowledge I'll never understand.

Anyway: stay tuned.

Wild Oats is a pretty good place. We have on in the Rookwood Commons in Cincy.

We got one here in Columbus about 10 years ago; it's a welcome addition. Fortunately it's only about 2 1/2 miles away...I can bike it in good weather.

Rookwood Commons...is that where Joe Beth bookstore is, and the Don Pablo's in the old power station.

Sister and her family lives in Wyoming part of Cincy, I think we went to Rookwood Commons last time I visited.
