HELP PLEASE...

I got a big vacation coming up in two month, i know it is imposible for all this fat to be gone by then, but id like a kick azz routine to shed as much weight as possible in basicall 2 months, then a routione that i can manage from there on. I wanted to try the ckd but i wanted to know what you all thought my chances were on that or should i try something else. mainly looking for foods to eat, i was thinking special k in the morning, tuna and carrots throughout the day with chicken breast and broccoli at night and that was about it. I want to begin am cardio on the treadmill, a weight routine, and pm cardio. is excercise needed on ckd, or are the meals more so the kicker??

I suggest the Carnivore Diet.It's the most effective diet I know.You should be able to lose perhaps 20 lbs of fat with it in 8 weeks.here's a link to the article.
