8 week diet to get me below 7%body fat?

i need your opinion on this guys
6.30 a.m. wake up 25 gr whey
7.00 a.m. 8 egg white 1 yell + veggies
10.00 a.m 1.00 pm 4.30 pm
150 grams chicken (or beef )+ green veggies + flax seeds ( x 3 meals)
7.00 pm lean beef or chicken + veggies

10.00 pm 40 gr whey + peanut butter or 1 tbsp olive oil

maybe start taking whey + olive oil again at 2.00 am would it be a good idea ??
5 litres of water a day
2 green tea and maybe 3 espresso.
workout 3 times a week dc training or max ot
cardio 6 days a week morning's alternating between fast walking and Hiit
maybe include ephedrine and caffeine to assist in fat burning (or should i use
clenbuterol ??)

How lean do you need to be bro?Just wondering,cause you don't look fat.Also,doing DC style training while dieting is a good way to get injured.Everything looks okay,except I wouldn't eat after the 7:00 pm meal.Clen can cause cramping,also not a good thing while training heavy.I found this out at the bottom of a 400lb squat when my hamstring contracted so hard,it pulled my femur out of it's socket.I thought I had ripped something and I still had to stand up.Fun times.Go with the ephedrine.Good luck.

I was fairly lean in those photo's but i still looked a bit puffy i can't get that tight skin , why don't you think its a good idea to eat after 7.00 pm ? is it ok to take protein with olive or flax oil in the middle of the night? for training i can change to 1 body part a day maybe and for cardio what do you suggest sprints or fast walking ?

If you are trying to gain weight,it's a good idea to eat at night.Otherwise,why?You don't need much energy to sleep.I'm sure you're familiar with my carnivore diet,and that includes a 15 hr a day fast,so you see where I stand on that.As far as cardio,you know I endorse sprint intervals.For training I would use 60 % weight,with lots of drop sets,using the split I outline in the carnivore diet training.I really have already posted almost everything I know,worth posting... Good luck!

Another thing,some of that "puffiness" is water retention,I'd imagine.How do you look after a few days of no carbs?

regarding the puffiness i dont think it was due to water retention as i was on the crum cake diet , its basically like your carnivore diet, and i was taking taraxatone too and drinking around 7 ltrs of water a day
