Default HEAVY BAG and Weights
I started taking a mixed martial arts class and i learned that i love pounding on the heavy bag... When is the best time to do it in reference to my weight workouts... I usually train tri's and chest together but would not mind splitting em up... I just dont want to force overtraining...

Boxing works damn near your whole body, but legs the least.
