started my first ckd feb 21. finnishing 6th week. thinking 12-16 weeks? we'll see where the bf ends up to gauge length needed.

stats: male, 38, 6'1, 230, 15% bf
lifting on off for 20 years, serious last 5
want to get to around 8% prior to bulk
starting weight 246 @ bf? prior ckd

training: done hst, gvt, traditional pyramiding
presently doing rest pause w/ heavy to hold weight
first couple weeks on ckd i did standard routine of

sun cardio
mon legs/sh
tues back/traps
wed ch/tri
thurs cardio
fri deplete w/carbup
sat carbup

didn't like routine due to leg soreness all week. this hurt cardio

presently doing

sun legs w/carbup
mon cardio 1h low/mod
tues back/taps/rear delts
wed ch/sh/tri
thurs hiit 20 min
fri cardio 30-45 low/mod
sat carbup

legs during carbup really helped with intensity, pump and recovery. most don't like this theory however i'm liking the results. no deplete prior carb up, is this that bad? i do workout pretty hard all week and thought i was rather drained going into carbup. not sure if i'm hurting my results with this program but i do feel pretty good and am seeing results slowly. i'm usually in ketosis by mon day eve.

diet: ckd 5/2load
around 2300 cal 67% fat, 33% pro with trace carb
5 meals a day
carb 600 sat then 400 sun

how should i figure cals? with wt or lbm? or wt x .9? i'm thinking of using your ckd calculator due to it's varying cals and ratios but don't really know how to calc. also on your calc you have only one carb day. should a lifter use one or two days? i was thinking 2 however how would the rest of the week look? also as you get deeper into the diet do you drop fat levels? how can i incorporate this?

supps: multi, vit c, eca rotating with y every 2 weeks , r-ala w/carbup
whey isolate pw w/dex 15mg.

i've read dex at this time makes it a tkd. if excluding it might help i game. not many supps. always been natural. not sure if i'm at my genetic limit but i'm pretty close. i want to cut down pretty hard to see what i've got then see if i want to enhance performance.

well thats all that came to mind. sure i'm forgeting something. sorry it kinda rambled but here it is.

also i've heard many a goood things about this site and the advice thats given. Mr. X please all suggestions, input, tweaking, adding, minusing are all welcome and needed. thank you in advance.
