Anti estrogen and fat loss/water retention

hey board..i was just wondering about using an AI like arimidex or a SErms like nolvadex while cutting up to try and help with that last bit of fat loss and water retention? any inputs ? take note that im not gonna be using any for of AAS. thanks

If your not going to be on AAS then your estrogen should not be elevated so using an anti-aromitase or estrogen antagonist probably will provide little or no benefits IMO. Healthy males have so little estrogen in their body that it doesn't play much of a role in lipolysis.

ok. so i can get no benefits whatsoever even if i tend to hold a bit of water when im cutting up even in the single digits. last year i had gotten down to 6% to 7% and i was still lookin a bit soft not as dry as i could be. any inputs?

help with water retention? Give it a try. It wouldn't do shit for me but I don't retain much water.

I took "Diurex" Blue pills for chicks when they're on the rag. I think a day and a half out from the show I started taking 2 every 4 hours. Didn't sleep very well but sucked me pretty dry.

Tamoxifen is probably the safest, i experimented with alot of different ones, i use a low dosage of tamoxifen. i see a big difference when cutting (probably due to a decreased water retention). It makes a lot of sense to me from the chemistry/medical point of view,

A yohimbine based product such as Yohimburn topical gel is a better way to get rid of brown (estrogenic) fat.
