Dieting means making something out of shit taste ok but telling yourself it's yummy. Oatmeal and cottage cheese pancakes. Gawd where did my taste buds go? It was that or my left leg for mid morning meal.

I have been keeping calories really lower then ever before seeing hows I have put on so much poundage this year. In past years I did a contest one after the other and it was easier with less fat piled on. I'm taking Yohimbine Bark Extract and little if any carbs most days and the scale ain't moving. I'm up and down on the contest..I will, I won't.



WTF? Maybe eating my left glute then my right one for lunch may be the answer after all.

sounds like a ckd. how many calories? what is your weight? i find when dieting most people cut calories way to low.

FC, keep at it dear. All of us that compete go through the same thing. When you are use to eating a whole heard of cattle everyday and then you have to revert to eating just a calf, IT IS FREAKING TOUGH, but hell, if it was easy, EVERYONE would be doing it.

Too many people wanna look shredded but they dont wanna get on the grind......I say bodybuilding is THE hardest sport out there. What other sport requires mental, physical and emotional focus 24 hours a day 7 days a week?

If this was in the OT forum I would make an obvious joke about tube steak and working for the gravy but it's not so I'll just say "hang in there." I'm in the process of altering my diet to something a little healthier and it isn't much fun.

Thanks everyone...I try to be creative in my cooking but some days I could eat cat food and purrr at it's taste. And a big warning!..don't get in my fricken way after I do cardio on a near empty tummy. I did a 45 min High Low Cardio Class this morning. I kept the upper arm movements lower and less snapping of the joints. I could have ate my calf and WBBS cows too after it. But funny thing. Once I added up todays calories i could have some cottage cheese tonight.. I ate less even tho i started out starving. I was satisfied.

Arm work out was a bit lower wts..I had a hard time curling 30s and did ok with 25s. I know I can't burn the candle at both ends..cardio in the 9 am and heavy work outs at 8 pm. My clothes still fit the same..but my abs look much better and waist line is down an inch.

True..about how many can lift but none can diet. :watever I hear it all the time. "I could do that if I could diet..thats the hardest thing to this sport." Why some get on stage at 6-8 % bf and others never give it a weeks try of eating clean.
"I can --I will-- I have my plan" is what I whisper in my head now during work outs. I plan on winning my last show! :lol
