I hope the ban holds up. I see no danger in ephedra if it is used properly. The people who have had trouble are the "Poster Children" of who should not use it.

What kind of problems does the typical "poster child" have? I have a family history of stress related heart attacks...my dad had one...his doc tells him all the time though that his heart is healthy as a tigers. I would like to use an ECA to finish up my cut, but dont want to mess with it unless it is safe...I have used ephedra once before with good results.

If your dad had a heart attack and his doc tells him his heart his healthy, the doc should not be a doc.

Really? How so? (not hating on you). The heart attack happened at age 34, he is now 50. It was 100% attributed to stress during a difficult business ordeal at the time. From what I understand there is a way for someone to have a heart attack without having a terribly unhealthy heart.

Once again I must beat the potassium drum.Most cardiac "conditions" are actually potassium deficiencies as pointed out in my article about it.When I took ephedrine without supplementing potassium,I had arrhythmias(irregular heartbeats).Once I learned about potassium,I had no symptoms whatsoever,even at 100mgs.

The link is dead, so I was just posting to find out the results? Is it that they're allowing ephedrine back on the market again?

As of right now, I can get it in pretty much any gas station I go to, but it's like a generic version. It doesn't do as well for me as something like Thermbuterol used to do (Ephedra version of course).

Also, I thought they were using people dying from ephedra as a smoke screen for banning it because it's used in so many meth labs as a main ingredient.
