I know this sounds crazy, but Im gonna follow a 100 day 250mg/day DNP cycle. MUCH BIGGER is doing on and I would like to try it. I can lift good and feel good @200mg, even @ 400mg/day, I feel alright. Anyways, I am doing this cycle following all of the extra precautions, of course drinking tons of water and taking all the necessary sups, etc.. Anyways, I want to know how to eat on this type of long cycle. I have seen as many posts and articles saying to eat high carb, as well as eating low carb. What I have not seen iare posts by people who have tried both, so opinions are obviously one-sided. I was thinking of doing a CKD, or even ANPB. By the way, I have never used glycerol, so not using it shouldnt effect me. What do you think? Is there anyone who has done one or the other, or both, I want all the input as I can get to make the very best decision. I would greatly appreciate your input......................
PS, I am sorry to all of the peiople who have given me info already on eating on DNP. I am in no way trying to disrespect anyone, as I do value your opinions. I just need all opinions that I can get in order to get the best results. Thanks again. BP85 |

I have read both, and many times, infact always before a cycle. But the first article basically said to eat clean (although the author ate like shit), and reccomended a few foods. The second article only gave reccomendations for short high-dose cycles, and how to eat at the end of a long-dose cycle. I stated that I was doing a low dose 100 day cycle, which no information, as far as dieting goes, was given in either articles. Besides, those are basic guidelines, I have seen very few people ( other than beginners) that actually follow that dosage scheme..... By the way, thanks for the input, I have followed that before, but am now, like I said, following a different dosing scheme. It is indeed very good knowledge that every beginner should try. As for me, I have already absorbed it however..........My question still remains the same. Anyone out there keep your carbs low on long dose cycles?
