Default cutting is a *****/ any suggestions?

This is my fifth cycle and my first cutter. Everything started out great and lbs and fat just melted away...but it seems to have stopped (DAMMIT) I know it is probably all in my head, but I don' t see how I can eat any less calories and feel worth a damn! I feel pretty well depleted now! Oh well, just wanted to vent and see if you bro's had any suggestions.
Stats: 6'5" tall, age 38 yrs, started cycle at 250lbs roughly 13.5% BF... Now at 236 in the mid to high 11's.
Right now Tren A and Test Prop 350mg each weekly. Going to add masteron 100mg EOD atarting May 1.

Workout: One body part per day, with 12 working sets per body part. and 20 minutes of medium intensity cardio at least 5 days per week (Elliptical)

Right now, roughly 2400 cals per day...Don't remember the macro breakdown...it is in my food folder and not with me. 1 cheat day per week, but I don't go overboard.

Sounds like maybe you need to up your cardio time and change the intensity. Variation is key in fat loss. You're body catches on quickly to change. Try doing intervals on the treadmill maybe...walk 5 min, run 5, walk 5, run 5, then walk 5 to cool down. Try that for a couple of weeks and then change it again to stepmill or back to elliptical intervals. If you've never tried a cycling class, they're awesome...talk about burning some bf off fast....whew.

agreed...your diet will get boring and stagnate if you dont' keep changing it from week to week

I have heard of a bro on another board who claims he uses a Yo Yo diet (that is what he calls it) He eats about 3500 cals ED during one week then the next week, he cuts down to 2000. He says it works great for him... and he claims that he does not lose Lean mass in this way. Maybe it would be worth a try.

well you don't really start to lose alot of muscle mass until after about 10-14 days of cutting...and thats also the amount of time it really takes to start to retard your thyroid production from cutting...

so I think that in theory the best way to cut would be a 1 week cutting, 1 week maintain, 1 week cutting, etc
