seriously, I was. I did shoulders today. I always try to hit my rear delts first because they are lagging. I started off with some reverse flyes. Then I ( I don't know what you call these) I went to the incline sit-up thing, laid on my side and with a light dumbell, I did like a golf swing motion. Again to isolate the rear delts. It fires them up. But that is not the point of my story. So I get done and I'm getting ready to do some dumbell shoulder presses and this big mofo comes up to me and asked what that last excersize was all about. I told him and explained my strategy of hitting rear delts first and so forth. I told him that if he wanted to try them to let me know and I'd help him out. So I spotted him for a set and he was happy with how it hit his rear delts, and I was like "cool, glad you like it". I went on with my workout and he went on with his. As he was getting ready to leave he asked me if I am I trainer and I told him that I was in the states but I don't work as a trainer here in Japan. To make a long story short, he asked if I would be his training partner. I thought it was pretty cool for a couple of reasons. 1) I need a training partner. 2) Even though I'm far from the biggest dude there, he was able to recognize that I know what the fuck I'm doing and I don't go to the gym to socialize. So I kind of feel like he was giving me props. 3) I'll be able to push myself harder with a spotter. Let the gains begin. (well continue)

Dude, if you get a training partner on your level (or better) it's great. Last couple places I've been I've had great training partners. Waiting to get one here, lot of chumps in my gym.
