Carnivore Question

Someone can help me i hope. I got a ?:

On the refeed days.. do i even worry about calories? I just eat as much whole food as i want whenever i'm hungry. No carb counting right?


I plan on starting this monday, and running it for 6-8 weeks. I WILL be taking before and after photos, and post them up.

never done carnivore but it sounds like a bulking ckd? on refeeds i'd say eat as much as you can but try and limit fat intake. week day ckd ratios are usually around 60-70% fat, 30-40% protein with trace carbs. on refeeds its usually 60-70% carbs, 30-40% with as little fat as possible to optimize glycogen disposal. you probably need to experiment with cals needed on refeed so spill over isn't much, if any. hope it this applies.
