Default help w ratios

hi guys...could you help me out with ratios..ive been keying in my diet into fitday.com and want to know if im on the right track for my stats and to keep cals at or below maintanence..
female, 5"6, 54kg
ive been getting 1200-1300 cals per day and aim for 50%protein, 30fat, 20% carb

54 kg at 5'6 so your 123 pounds.Your not over weight.What are your goals?I believe you should have at least 12- 13 cals per pound at 12 cals thats 1476 for maintenance.
Someone correct me if I am wrong please.i dont do the diet thing I train for strength

Those ratios are good.The calories should be at or below maintainance.This can be adjusted as time goes by if necessary.It looks as if you're on the right track.

yes they look good, in my opinion. i would slightly adjust them to 45% protein, 30% fat and 25% carbs.
