ANPB Diet, whey=too many carbs

The whey im using:

Im drinking 1 scoop plus 2.5 tbsp's of anpb at each of my 6 meals, are the carbs too high (3g's per scoop) in this protein? will it keep me out of ketosis?

why would plain whey have too many carbs?

I would suggest using an egg white combo if you're concerned.
