I have a bagel with cream cheese (not goat cream cheese either), couple glasses of juice, some eggs or protein pancakes, then i take a multivitamin, flax seed oil, and milk thistle. Every day same thing unless prepping for comp.

I used to work on a goat farm for thsi lady down the street and she woudl take me skiing with her and her two sons, I was young liek middle school age and we used to drink goats milk all the time and it was great. Now as for eating goat YUCK!!! SHit taste nasty IMO.....

Where do you buy the goats milk at bro?

alot of egg whites with onions ..leaning toward crap lately though. But when I am right on the diet I have about six or seven egg whites with onions mixed in with an assload of pepper, sometimes hot sauce. I usually have coffee and water.

I don't drink milk so I can't comment there other than it does have a fair amount of sugars in it. Typically eggs and oats are about as good as it gets for breakfast. Now the bagel is almost as bad as the milk for being a high GI carb source. If you want to have the PB then try toasting a section of whole wheat pita (open it up and just toast a portion of one of the sides) not the best but lower on the GI and less overall carbs.

Typically my breakfast consists of 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs and 2/3-1 cup raw quaker oatmeal.

Maybe I will just switch it up with some whole grain bread instead of the half bagel. I always think to myself that I should be eating a lot of protein with breakfast and I never feel like I have enough.

the best type of bread is rye or pumpernikle. very grainy, hardly any processing - old style european.
i have that and goats milk in my coffee - its recommend as a substitute for cows milk due to its lack of processing, and can be tolerated by people who have lactose intolerance

I want to try to go to this specialty grocery store, they have all kinds of whole grain breads, I found one whole wheat that had 5g's of fiber per slice.

Sorry to pick but milk actually has a pretty low GI. Ranges from 20's to 30's (dextrose is 100).
