Tell me about your breakfast...

I want to know how everyone else is eating breakfast and if mine is pretty decent. I usually have a glass of skim milk(2 cups), weight smart oatmeal and a scoop of protein powder or yogurt and a scoop of protein or a half a bagel with ANPB on it. I was recently debating on whether or not the milk had too much sugar in it. 12 grasms per serving does kinda seem like a lot. What are your thoughts?

If you're gonna have high gl carbs in your diet, early morning and post workout is the time to do it.

Just a protein drink to begin with. Made with goats milk, rice protein, two eggs, glutamine, creatine, and some powdered greens.

Cows milk is very unhealthy for you the way they have it in the stores. First they homogenize it, which breaks up the milk molecules. Your stomach and intestines don't recognize it for what it is, and doesn't process it quite correctly. Second, there is a tremendous amount of puss and blood from the way the cows are handled, and kept penned up. Plus you get recombinant bovine growth hormone, known to cause cancer. And whatever antibiotics they were feeding the cows. Yes, you can have you cows milk. Goats are hand milked, don't get all the drugs, and its quite a pure protein.

Besides, goats are lower, making it easier for a rat to milk one.

I used to raise goats onerep.Goats milk is much creamier as the cream is naturally homogonized in goats milk.It is much richer than cows milk but much easier on your stomach

I haven't seen any goats in Japan though. I'll have to go goat hunting. I know that I can't stand goat cheese!

Oh geez. It seems like forever since I've been able to eat breakast...to eat anything! You people are so lucky. Not complaining...just want you all to realize that the ability to eat is such a gift. Don't tell me that orange juice is bad for me, because it is the only thing I can keep down.

Milk and I don't get along well, I may have to look into some goat milk.


My usualy breakfast is some egg beaters and a slice of multigrain bread (no white or bleached flour but it does have honey in it). Or I just have some oats. My favorite breakfast is a protein pancake but I haven't made them in a while. On days I go to work I often skip the normal breakfast foods if I don't have the pancakes to take with me and just eat lunch type stuff (chicken, brown rice, etc.) as soon as I get in (I usually pack a large enough portion so I can eat it through the day every few hrs.).
