Default too much protein

just wondering if im overdoing it.. i work it out on fitday.com..

my stats are; 123lbs, 5"5

cals=1000-1200
protein=120g
carbs=40g
fat=40g

is this ok? or will this amount of protein just turn to gluclose anyway?
carbs come from veg, fruit, yoghurt and cottage cheese
fat/protein is fish, chicken, yoghurt, c/cheese, eggs, flax/olive oil
also have a take away coffee w soy milk

The calories seem a little low to me,especially if you are active,but it depends upon what you are trying to do.In no circumstance is the protein too high however.

I don't think you have to worry about the protein converting to glucose unless you are starving.

I agree that he calories seem pretty low.

are you trying to get big or become a twig?..i would bump up those calories another 4-500...i would bump up the carbs too...are you tired at all during the day?

The ratios look ok. Are you M or F? Your cal's are low even for a female unless you don't do any cardio and have a sedintary job. Sometimes it takes a few weeks of upping the total cal's in a healthy way to boost your metabolism before you see results. (I assume you're aiming at lowering bodyfat.) It's also a good idea to throw in a nice cheat meal once a week.

I'd also take another look at your carbs and get them from more complex foods like oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes. Try dropping the fruit and yogurt and replacing them with the lower GI carbs and lean protein.
