best way to fast? - Anabolic Steroids

i have to fast for 1 day next week (for religious reasons) and want to know what would be the best meal/foods to eat prior to fasting?
would the body be best with a carbup or high fat/protein meal - considering the following day meant nothing to eat until about 7pm.

If muscle glycogen stores are full,a "carb-up" won't help you the next day.I would eat protein since you're going to be going without.Other than that,don't worry about it.Eat whatever.Just drink plenty of water the next day.You'll be fine.If you're also supposed to be praying/meditating,a slightly altered state is probably desirable anyway.Otherwise take it easy.Relax and read a book.

I can't imagine fasting........Sorry I don't know what to tell you that would help.....

Does that include liquids as well ?
