Smile Help make me a Bulking Diet

Can you guys help me write out a Bulking diet?
My Stats:
ectomorph
5'10
140 lbs
6% BF

Ive been training on and off for about 2 yrs (consistant for about 3-4 months straight... time off ect ect...)

Split:
Monday - chest
Tues - back
Weds - legs
Thurs - shoulders
Fri - arms
sat/sun - off

supplements: I currently started taking
Creatine, Muscle Milk protein, and NO2...

My goal is to reach 185lbs and stay as lean as I am right now. I know the key is in my diet. Focusing on taking in 3000-3500 cal a day, 300g protein. I have an extremely fast metabolism.

My diet right now is all over the place. I try to get in 6 small meals a day (2 which are muscle milk shakes) One is always a post workout shake... The other one is before bed.

Can someone post a diet which I can follow from morning till night?

I'm simply asking, how old are you ? You sound a lot like me It has always been very, very hard for me to add size. I didn't start putting on any size at all until I turned 21, now I'm 23 and its still tough. Go invest in a rice cooker (20 bucks at Target). Make four cups of brown rice EVERY day, and eat it. As soon as you wake up, eat a big breakfast; carbs, protien, fats, and before going to bed do the same. You don't need to eat entirely clean, but somewhat just for your heart's sake. When your stuffed, have 10 more big bites. You should actually puke your last few bites every once in a while. Stuff yourself. Force feed yourself bro, its a must. Tri-O-Plex bars have like 400 calories a pop, eat one every day, or make your own. Having the metabolism of a field mouse sux, but an obstilcle that can be overcome. You already know the answer "the key is my diet". If you have a second, put food in your mouth. Basically eat whatever you can whenever you can.....size will come.

Eat evrything in sight.........there's only one way to add size, and that is to eat more calories than is required by your body. Likewise, there's only one way to lose weight, eat less calories than is required. How lean you stay really depends on the types of food you choose to eat. It sounds like you would drop fat very fast, I wouldn't be as concerned about staying lean during a bulking cycle. IMO, bulking is just that, BULKING. I'm not saying eat doughnuts and chocolate cake but eat A LOT OF FOOD !!
