Im 20 years old and currently weigh 165 lbs. I wrestle and need to get to 149 in 4 weeks and stay there for a few months. I have never had a problem making weight, but I know I could do a better job of it (not starve myself). My goal is to lose 16lbs and to keep as much muscle and strength as possible. Im not sure exactly what I should eat as far as a Protein/carb/fat % breakdown. Normally I would lose the carbs but I know I need to keep some for the amount of exercise I will be doing (practice is intense). Im thinking I should probably take in about 1500 calories a day because I need to lose 4 lbs a week. Im considering taking some clen to help out would that affect my endurance in any way? Any input would be great thank you all!!!

I lift 4 days a week mostly circuits. Im trying to increase muscle endurance while maintaining as much strength as possible. Practice is 2 hours of cardio. In addition Ive started some moderate intensity cardio keeping my hr at about 70% either on the treadmill or eliptical. Ive havent been counting calories, but Im going to start just wasnt sure how low to cut the carbs because of my physical demands I cant do a ckd or any no carb diets at least I dont think it would be good. I eat mostly chicken/tuna hardboiled eggs brown rice protein shakes some anpb and flax for fats..Anyone take clen during an endurance sport? Would it be against NCAA regulations? I dont take any juice so I sure as hell dont want to get in trouble because of clen, but if it helps alot and its not tested for then Im willing. Anyone with any advice or input would be much appreciated!!! Thanks pitbull for taking the time to respond!!!
