Glycemic index info

I have read all about it, and even searched the forums, but does anyone actually have the glycemic index that tells you which carbs are high and which are low. I'd like to have a print out of one for a guide. Thanks

M&M's are only a 33 on the glycemic index, while whole wheat bread is a 72? wtf?
