Default ketosis!

what i know is that ketosis is a result of burning fat
so in a diet with low carb. first carb. will be used in producing energy then the body will start to burn his own fat (adibose tissue)
1- if this is true why instead of burning the body fat, the body produce the energy from the fat in the diet?
2- in case of ingestion of medium to high carb. but with hard workout, i think the body after burning all the carb will start to burn fat and ketosis start again! is that right?!
im confused!!
i need some clarifications

I think that I know what your saying and your correct. On a low to moderate carb diet, when you do cardio the muscle gycogen (carb) will pretty much deplete in approx 15 mins depending on intensity. What I do is train with weights to deplete muscle glycogen then do cardio afterward so that I get immediate fat burning effect from the cardio.

I also ingest some whey and bcaa's pre workout to prevent excess catabolism, and provide greater anabolic effect.

YES--listen to this advice!!! Too many people do cardio post workout without proper re-fueling nutrition and sacrifice muscle mass. You are essentially starving yourself and eating away at precious muscle mass if you do not replenish amino's adequately post-/wo and prior to cardio. Glycogen supplies and amino acid pools will vary greatly person to person as will the ability to preserve muscle in catabolic situations -- so you're bet served taking the ncessary precautions.
