I'd probably ask you what your diet was like. Also, your water intake and supplementation. You'd be surprised at how tired you are when you are under hydrated. Some health magazines say "8 cups a day" - rrriiii riiiiiiiggghht. Depending on your weight... (I'm 235 and hit 1.5-2gallons a day), you need to get enough water in... again, you'll be surprised at how much this will help.

Just having enough time to post on the Trybe... this weekend was slow for me, so I figured I'd check out a few boards I haven't been to in like... oh, a year or so??

I just took over as the PT Director for the chain of gyms I train at here in San Diego... I cut down my training to around 30-40 hours a week - and now have some managerial ties to the gym I was previously only Independant Contracting at... which, I might add... I'm still getting PAID as an IC - so... I still get my write-offs.
