joint and muscle pains lately. And they are not from lifting. I am always tired, I was hoping that a multi would help but it hasnt. I just started taking tribulus and I hope it does something. Anyone got any other ideas. It is really starting to keep me down. I mean to the point it hurts to move or hold my arms even to type this.

Are your pains in one area of your body or all over? I've heard people say glucosamine and MSM will help joint pain, but it didn't do much for me.

The moist cold of October NY makes my joints hurt. I have a hot tub I use now

Dawg, go to a doctor. I don't mean it like that but you need to go. A week ago you were numb....If it was just one or the other I would say wait a month, see how you feel, but this might be worth it to go check out. When I told you I was having circulation problems I was recommended a supplement; gimmie a day and I'll get the name of it for you too. Good Luck bro, hope all is well.

You might consider a fish oil supplement. Good lubrication for the joints assuming nothing else is seriously wrong.

Are you depressed? Cymbalta is an anti-depressant that also helps with pain. I know two people who are using it (one is a bodybuilder and the other is not) and the doc just put me on it a week ago and about 50% of my pain is gone. I've been dealing with constant pain for a few yrs and nothing else has even come close to giving me this much relief. When I saw the doc last week and started crying when I told him I am just completely frustrated with the situation he suggested the Cymbalta. It's not for long term use, just about 6 months.

IMO no supplement works as well as cissur rx for joint and muscle pain. usplaps.
