Wholly vascularity batman!

I had to be away from the gym for the better part of the last 3-4 weeks cuz we're so busy at the restaraunt this time of year (60-65 hour work weeks), so i cut my eating back a bit while i've been out and managed to drop 5 lbs, Started getting back on track a few days ago and did arms today, and for the first time EVER had veins popping out of my biceps, from top (delts) to bottom (elbow joints), i've never had vascularity above the forearms until now. I just couldn't believe how much a difference that 5 lbs of bodyweight made their..........blah im sure you don't care, i just got all excited cuz thats a first for me. I can't wait till cutting season.

Eating clean & well while working in a restaurant is definitely a challenge! I'd have a difficult time for sure.

we have lots of healthy choices, rotisserie chicken, roasted turkey breast, usda grade top sirloin steak, meatloafs ok.......not as lean as the other stuff. Vegetable medley, green beans, red potatos, spinach......lots of good choices, saves me an assload in grocery expenses. We also have some carby stuff like mac n cheese, mashed potatos......etc. WE also just went to all natural so none of our food contains any artificial preservatives, flavors, or colors any more.
