new diet?

hey ive been having a high protein medium carb diet with low fat for about 3 months now...pretty strict about the protein part..i get at least 250 grams-300 a day over about 6 meals...dont keep complete track of carbs but id say around 300 grams a day five or take and low fat.....i just feel that this diet is getting old....what can i do to shock my system for some new growth...i know i can bump up the protein but we all know its a pain in the ass getting 350-400 grams of protein unless u have a reason(on igf, cycle etc)i heard one of these guys from my gym doign a body transformation...i dont know the logistiocs but he put on alot of weight...alot of fat ...did he maybe have a high fat diet for a period of time and im guessing hes gonna shed soon...neone hear of nething like that...hey wheres that mr. anal guy..i mean mr x....i know u could help me out

The same amount of calories, protein, carb and fat ratios in three meals per day instead of six. Fewer larger meals increase N2 retention over frequent smaller meals. I bet that you see increased muscle growth.

im gonna try and make it 4 big meals cuz i dont see how im even gonna clear my weight per pound for gram of protein if i have 3...unless i puke and eat again real quick...too big of meals..hey does it matter that im already taking
n02 in my creatine...i got that noxcg3 by xience..if neone else thinks of nething my ears are open

I do three meals and a shake. NO2 may have some merit to it. Creatine is a good supp but tends to hide your definition due to bloat.

Yup ... but I switched to CEE (Creatine Ethyl Ester) and I get ZERO bloat. I love the stuff.

Skeer, have you tried switching the fats-carbs ratios? I, along with many others, do much better on higher quantities of healthy fats and eating in the lower range of moderate carb intake.

The pleathora of benefits bodybuilders can experience from ingesting adequate amounts of essential fatty acids are not discussed enough IMO.

I'm 5'10 210-ish 9%-ish (sedentary lifestyle so the k/cal are kept relatively low)

I eat:
-approx 2,200 k/cal day
-6 meals/day
-45-55 grams protein per meal/every meal
-4 of the 6 meals contain 20-25 grams of fat (always strive for healthy fat -- Udo's Oil, Fish Oil, Extra virgin Olive Oil -- and I always choose the leanest cuts of meat -- avoid trans and sat. fats and processed foods )
-Carb meals -- only on work out days (2 meals that day will contain carbs PWO only) approximately 75 grams (I do well on low carbs).
-I have ONE CHEAT DAY -- every Sunday I glycogen refill from Breakfast to 5 pm meaning I eat what ever the heck I please/crave. Shocks the Thyroid and keeps me sane and loads up the glycogen as well. R-ala, ALCAR and CLA alongside these carbs is essential for fascilitating insulin sensitiveity thereby preventing fat gain from my carb-up days.

That's it in a nut shell.

Yes I take Fish Oil (re-read my post)

ALCAR and CLA can both be found at TeamLifeResearch.com

CLA: 3 grams x 3x/day (9 grams total). Avoid taking at the same time as your fish oil as SOME believe that essential fatty acids compete for absorption.

Fish Oil: 4 grams x 3x/day (12 grams total).

ALCAR: I take this @ 1 gram in the morning, 1 gram at lunch and 1 gram an hour prior to my evening workout as part of my pre-w/o stack. Always take ALCAR along with anti-oxidants as it casues pro-oxidant activity. Do not take it too late at night as it may cause restlessness.
