I'm 5'10 210-ish 9%-ish (sedentary lifestyle so the k/cal are kept relatively low)
I eat: -approx 2,200 k/cal day -6 meals/day -45-55 grams protein per meal/every meal -4 of the 6 meals contain 20-25 grams of fat (always strive for healthy fat -- Udo's Oil, Fish Oil, Extra virgin Olive Oil -- and I always choose the leanest cuts of meat -- avoid trans and sat. fats and processed foods ) -Carb meals -- only on work out days (2 meals that day will contain carbs PWO only) approximately 75 grams (I do well on low carbs). -I have ONE CHEAT DAY -- every Sunday I glycogen refill from Breakfast to 5 pm meaning I eat what ever the heck I please/crave. Shocks the Thyroid and keeps me sane and loads up the glycogen as well. R-ala, ALCAR and CLA alongside these carbs is essential for fascilitating insulin sensitiveity thereby preventing fat gain from my carb-up days. That's it in a nut shell.

Avoid taking at the same time as your fish oil as SOME believe that essential fatty acids compete for absorption. Fish Oil: 4 grams x 3x/day (12 grams total). ALCAR: I take this @ 1 gram in the morning, 1 gram at lunch and 1 gram an hour prior to my evening workout as part of my pre-w/o stack. Always take ALCAR along with anti-oxidants as it casues pro-oxidant activity. Do not take it too late at night as it may cause restlessness.
