It goes well. I'm still sore tho... I effing hate how it takes like a week or two to get the soreness out... But it goes well.

The diet stopped til tomorrow.
I had caught a bad case of the flu and was pretty much just going to work and sleeping. I am about over the flu so I'm going to re-start tomorrow.
