Keto diet with liver flushing/low fat in between?

Would I lose more or less fat going back and forth from Keto to Liver Flushing?

I want to do 10 days of Keto and then go right to the low fat/high good* carb diet(I eat lots of apples for the malic acid) for the liver flush preparation and then start Keto again the day after the flush. And do this all next month untill I get 2 liver flushes done. Is this a good idea?

I know I'll probably lose some muscle but I'm more concerned with fat loss for now. I know I shouldn't gain fat from it, but would I lose about the same?
