water intake?

well, starting tomarrow i am currently 21 out from my show. at the moment i am clean bulking til about 12 weeks out. i was wondering what my water intake should be til i reach that 12 week mark and when i do reach it what should it be then?

Bro, I wish I could help you out. I haven't helped anyone do a contest prep in almost 4 years now so I'm pretty rusty.....literally....I have a couple of knee joints that I need to oil regularly.

However from now to 12 weeks out I'd recommend 1 gallon of water per day minimum. From the 12th week and on, you'll need distilled water until the last week where you may need to get double distilled water.
