I can't remember where i read it..... but does anyone have any info on the benefits of NAC?

I think i can recall something about it helping the liver.

I do remember reading something about NAC. It is mainly used for detoxification, cancer and other things. I'll have to do some research and get back to you. Not sure if it is a muscle building supp though.
