Ok guys i posted pics on musclesci 3 weeks ago.These are the first on AE.these are taken on april 6th.I have lost quite a bit of body fat since the pics from 3 weeks ago.Still have alot to go.Current stats 5'11 250.

you have very good thickness rick. diet and cardio will do a great deal. how are the wheels?

They are coming i will post some of the wheels this weekend.I am eating cleaner but still bulking.When i am down to 2 weeks left on deca and test i will start winstrol and cut my calories down.I am currently taking in 5200 cal. 530 grams protein.130 grams of fat.Eating 8 meals a day.Drinking 1 1/2 to 2gal of water.I like 10 more weeks before starting the winnie..Plan on cutting to 3500 cal for two weeks then 3000 for 2 finally stopping at 2500.If anyone has any other suggestions please comment.

i would just finsih out the bulking peroid and get as big as possible. then take your time off. do cardio and diet on that time off. get your bodyfat down a little then go on something like prop and tren. winny fucks my joints up so i try to stay away. tren and prop should so the trick. just eat as clean as possible and cardio. cardio is the key and will work wonders.

Dude i love winny..I haven't had any probs with it...

then prop, tren and winny. imo i would just finish out the bulking but its all in preference bc i get the idea you want to harden up after the bulk.

Cool thanks for the suggestions bro.I have never tried prop and tren.will check into it.I am going to bed.Talk to you tomorrow.

goodnight. prop is a test that is used effectively during cutting phases due to less water retention. personally i think any test can be used but i like prop bc it is a faster acting ester. tren will help you have significant aggression in workouts, helps lean and harden muscles. if you are cutting you cals and eatting less carbs then tren will get you through your workout for sure. the winny would harden you up nicely in combination with the tren.
