Default I would appreciate

any workouts that anyone could give me to help me pull weight off of clients like very quickly. I have one particular client that has been picked for an unspecified video shoot, and although is in very good shape, still needs to cut some fat. I have a pretty good program now, but would like to have some suggestions from you all to modify the current program i have. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Well i think at this point I would be more concerned with their diet. Post up their workout regimen if you dont mind. If you need help with the diet ask away

The regiment is altered slightly for most, but basically i start the client out with nothing but cardio the first two weeks, before beginning strength training. I take all the information on the first session and then we build each week. Anyway, as far as diet I mainly cut way back on the carbs, and ask that the carbs that are eaten, are done so earlier in the day and tier off in the afternoon, with mainly protein in the evening, to try and eliminate the storage of unused carbs. I don't exactly work out a meal plan, just mainly stress the point of cutting back on the carbs and the time of day that they are eaten.

Doesnt sound that bad. If they are having some type of photo shoot or something i would probably recommend a few things. I'm just going to through some random thoughts out. Cardio in the mornings on an emty stomach, drink lots of water, and really have a strict selection of carbs laid out for them. Example: oats, brown rice (long grain), grits (plain), red potato and things of that nature. They are all low glycemic. Protein I would keep at a moderate to high consumption. Abs everyday to every other day. If you need me to go on pm me.

I am with my boy here...it is now diet and cardio that will help ya here....Keep the weight heavy and get him on a strict diet...how much time do we have here? I have competed and know tons of people whos brains I could pick at...lets us know

Actually it is a girl, who is almost there but not quite, we've mad tremendous progress, but have kind of came to a stand still, she would like to pull just a few more pounds. I have about two weeks left to pull it off of her. I do appreciate all the advice.
