Default when cutting, what time do you cut off carb intake?

lately I have been trying to cut off carb intake at meal 5, so I eat carbs in meals 1-4 then none in meals 5-6. I recently started trainin in the early AM, so all my carbs are consumed after training. I used to train in late evening and used to eat carbs right up till bedtime. Do you think this new setup will make me leaner?

I view the body on a 24 hour clock, when your asleep your body is still metabolic. IOW when dieting I eat carbohydrate post wo, no matter what time I train. I could train at 11pm come home consume 150 grams of simple carb and go right to sleep. I think the don't eat carbs after Whenever o clock theory is way overrated.

Remember what we are trying to do is deplete glycogen levels, and the refill em. Picture a wet spong full of water, then ya ring it out (cardio/training) then you refill it with water. It will hold a certain amount water untill it overfills. This, I believe is the true question.

How do we know when our levels are "topped off" thats when ya stop eating carbs IMHO.

But what the hell do I know I only have 4 posts.

I'm with you refried.....my training is often late in the evening, so my pwo meal is maybe 10-10:30 at night. It doesn't matter what time it is. I have gotten really lean doing this. I personally don't believe in the carb cutoff, no matter what, theory. You eat around your training regardless of the time.
