Just joined this forum, figured I throw up some pics, I do not compete but I might want to in a couple years. From those who have, what needs to come together or what is out of symmetry? Thanks (btw I'm in a continuous bulk, 4000+ cal/day, I try and keep my bf below 10% year round.) I graduated highschool at 140 lbs and have been able to gain approx. 10 lbs/yr. First two pics are before pics like a couple years ago, last three are a month ago.. currently 5' 10" 194lb, 24 yrs old. Bf maybe around 8-10%.

you look good bro. lean. i would say roughly 10-12% bf. with that cycle you were just talking about you can put on a good amount of size and lean out alot more esp with the tren. as far as symmetry i would say the traps seem to be out of proportion with your body. try to add some size there and you will be more proportional.

Yea, I agree Traps and Calves are my weak points, and I blast them every 3-4 days. The reason I said I am around 8-10% is because I did a caliper test 4 weeks ago and it read 7% (which is not right) so I figured add 1-3%, Anyone have any idea where you can go to get the BF done underwater In the Houston area? a university maybe? Anyway, thanks again. I'll update them every couple months or so.

hahah yea the caliper tests depending on who does it can be off a little of alot. i had mine done 2 years ago and came back at 12% but i was probably really 15%. i have dieted down and i have not gotten it done but would say i have lost 5% bf. a friend just had his done it came back 10% and he had no abs showing and he had very big love handles. but you look fine and have a great base. you hit that cycle you talked about and you will be lookin sharp

You have progressed well over the years. I compete myself and from what I know legs and back will make or break you. Your legs have came on strong but I would try adding more thickness to them. Keep up the good work bro cause you have progressed well. I see we are neighbors, i'm from arkansas

Yes, ask around at your local universities. We do hydrostatic weighting at my Uni for almost anybody. It gives us (exercise science major's) practice, so were always willing. Hopefully there's a school around you that's as compliant.

Although, with a competent tester, the skinfold measurement technique is a valid and reliable way of assessing body fatness.
