a favorite meal of mine

put into blender

8 egg whites
1 scoop TP protein (blend of micellar, whey, egg protein)
1/4 cup water
a lil splenda

blend till it is nice and foamy

cook on low heat, and it will puff up huge

you can eat it with sugar free pancake syrup or just plain if your cutting.
Has 50-55g of high quality protein and taste great

Hmm, might have to give it a try. My personal favorite is just chicken and brown rice mixed together with just a little bit of low fat sauce in there.
