Want some feedback, Please...

So, I've decided just to make it as simple as humanly possible on myself and really hone in my diet per macronutrient (fat, protien, carbs). Here is what I have been adhearing to for the past couple of weeks.

Meal 1- High 5 protien shake, glutamine, flax oil (2 tblspoons), and 4 egg whites. 3 pieces of whole wheat bread. Multi-vitamin. Thermogenix. Milk Thistle. 2iu HGH

Meal 2- 1 red bull (simple sugars), 1 can tuna in oil, 1 cup dried oats (wash it down with water)

Meal 3- pure pro protien drink (35gm whey protien)

Meal 4- 2 cans tuna (albacore) 1 cup dried oats, Thermogenix, Multi-vitamin

Meal 5- Pre work out. Whey protien shake with flax oil & 1 yam (about 12oz)

Meal 6- Post Work Out. whey protien shake

Meal 7- 2 chicken breasts, OR 1lb of 4% ground beef, OR 1lb of Atlantic Cod, OR 1lb of Salmon & 1lb of veggies. 2iu HGH

Meal 8- Midnight High 5 Protien shake with Flax Oil (1tblsp)

This totals 425gm Protien, 200gm Carbs, 150gm fat or around 4000 calories.

I know it's simple, but this has shown miracles in progress losing fat. I have been slacking on cardio (I'm A complete ass, I know) but still losing fat. Any input on anything that I may be missing would be greatly appreciated.

Why no cardio?

I'm just feeling sorry for myself! No real reason except I am going through a divorce and "can't find the time". Which is just an excuse that I am not going to tell myself anymore. Just for you Sifu, I am going to get up an hour early and take care of it tomorrow.

PLaying like a kid can be plenty of cardio and not be monotonous BS either. That is what I do, and it works great, plus it helps me rejuvenate myself.

There are a few things i would change here. About the only thing I like on the 1st meal are the egg whites, it looks like you are consuming more supplements than food. Drop the whole wheat bread and add something else. Drop the red bull.. .post workout i'd make it to where you have some carbs in there (but still maintaining the total carb consumption you have in a days time). I think your fat intake is too high but thats just my opinion. Other than that it doesnt look bad at all. I'm not a fan of relying on powders and bars etc.. All in all it looks good but I think you have some thigns in there that would keep you from getting down to where you want to be.

I feel you on the fat intake, but I'm 275lbs and don't know how else to get the amount of calories in that I need. I will take the advice on the whole wheat bread and the Red Bull, Maybe I will change the first meal to 12 eggs 4 with the yolks. I'm just trying to keep it as simple as possible.

I like the 12 egg and 4 yolks, that would eliminate one shake. Most of the time i'd say do only 2 yolks or so but in this case I think it will be alright. I like the way you have your meals laid out, they are small portions spread throughout the day. I think the diet will do you some good. If you come to a stand still I'd probably lower your fat intake and do some of the other stuff I mentioned. If you run into some problems just shout.
