I need help with rack deads - Anabolic Steroids

I am having trouble with rack deads, it seems with the bar set at just below knee level it takes all the leg drive out, and I just can't get it moving. Some people say they can lift way more with rack deads and others are saying like me, take out the legs and poundages go down. Whats your opinion :grumble:

My deads are alot stronger than my rack deads. I have the same problem as you. Theres one height that I cant get it to move at all. I set the height about an inch higher and I can pull it.

Id drop the weight so you can work on that weak spot. BP and his crew may have some advice for you on this as well.
