Blood sugar crashing

This has happened to me at least 6 times since dieting for the show. It happens while I do my cardio...it's always been my evening cardio. And I have to stop....I'm very weak, sweat profusely, feel sick, shaky. I have to sit down for 10 or 15 minutes until I recover enough to leave. Tonight I was barely able to stay awake as I drove home. My concern is, how do I prevent this from happening?? I had to cut 20 minutes off from my cardio tonight!!!!!!!! I can't be at that

What are your carbs at right now?? ...and for how long have they been at that level?? Sounds to me like you are depleted

I agree with mpresiv, I get like that but ONLY when I am on low carbs, sounds like you need a carb day, what has your trainer said? did you talk to him?

Thanks guys....mpresiv, check my journal at PB, I posted my training and non-training day diets just a couple days ago. Let me know what you think.

And I am going to try and get hold of my trainer today to see what he thinks.

Just spoke to my trrainer and he told me to have some BCAA's during cardio...BEFORE I start to feel weak of course
