sifu we have talked over at mmathletes had no idea you were coach d over there. i was boxing and doing bjj when shit got all fucked up with school. started to take a new path. but had a change of heart. no idea that was u. congrats on the client bro.

Tomm the BF percentage is up to him on how low he goes. I have had guys fight at 4% and guys fight at 15%, I worry a lot more about performance numbers than I do about BF numbers.

I think he is around 10-12 % right now.

nah i am jjeb33 on the board. i was boxing last winter and going into the spring. i signed up at mmathletes and we spoke a few times. you gave me a few schools in mass.
