All Natural peanut butter cookie recipe

Low Carb and dont taste to bad.And very simple to make

1 cup ANPB
1 cup splenda
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla
mix together bake a 425 for 7-9 minutes

*you might wan't to add a bit of butter I made them without and they were a bit crumbly but still very edible

if they are crumbly they might make a good addition to a homemade protein bar... me and the girls may make some more tonight
