diet ratios

I've been stuck at 9% bf for some time now. Im 6'1" 185, Im currently on a low fat mod carb high protein diet. I do cardio every morning for 30 mins. and weight train 5X a week. My first 4 meals are complex carbs and protein except pwo, dextrose and protein. The last two are fat and protein. 55-pro 35-carb 10- fat.
I was thinking of switching to ratios of 50-protein 30-fat 20-carbs.
2300 cals.
1150-protein-287g
690-fat-77g
460-carbs-115g
fats will come from healthy sources:flax, anpb, olive, sunflower, lean meats
Any other suggestions would be great.
carbs- 25g dextrose half hour after cardio. 20g dextrose before weight training. 50g dextrose pwo shake after weight training. 20g complex carbs one hour after pwo shake.
Has anyone run a similar diet? trying to get down to 7% and keep as much muscle as possible. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
Also I'm running clen right now and was wondering what diet would be best.

Lift heavy and I would eliminate the dextrose, use those calories for complex carbs. At 6 foot 1 and only 185, it seems that you have plenty of room for growth. I'm presently at 185 approx 9% bf, at only 5'7".

drop the dextrose post cardio...

your BMR is around 2220 , so shave 5-10% at around 2000 calories even.
