I realize the fat in Muscle Milk is "good fat" - but could too much of it actually make you fat?

Of course. Too much of anything will make you fat. Calories in, calories out.

Yes, but if they were just used to replace all you regular protein shakes, would MM's fat content make you fatter than if you stuck with the average protein shake/s

This is a tricky question, and I'm going to give you a shitty answer. If you're currently drinking regular protein shakes and are near your caloric maintainance, switching to muscle milk is most likely going to increase your calorie intake significantly, so yes you will get fatter.

You could switch if you adjusted your other meals to meet the goals of your diet, i.e. macronutrient ratios. Make sense?

Makes perfect sense, but what about the HUGE increase in "fat" - even if I "did" adjust calories.

I would imagine you would have a harder time putting on lbm and may pack on some insulation in that case.

I use HDT's Pro Blend 55, or AST's VP2. Good stuff along with All the Whey. You go to GNC and you'll pay an arm and a leg.

Any time you increase fat intake you need to adjust your diet to compensate for the increase calories that fat brings if you are cutting.Remember fat has 9 calories so you'll have to factor that in if you are trying to lose fat.
