You can buy fryer breast chicken (bones) pretty cheap....and buy ground beef in a family size pack for $1.50 lb....at least it gives you a couple of other meats..but the best is tuna $$$

Just wondering how you eat chicken or turkey the next day? Seems that it always dries out and you have to add mayo. to it just to eat it. Tastes like rubber.

Ironone1, if you cook a whole turkey covered at 350 for 3 to 3.5 hrs upside down (breast on the bottom) it shouldn't be dry even with most of the skin removed. Let it sit out for an hour or so to cool off so you can debone it before putting it in the fridge. Store it in zippie bags with most of the air squeezed out to keep it from drying out. It will stay good for a week in a cold fridge.

YoDaddy, I don't have specific diet plans to give you but for cheap protein, you can go far with hard boiled eggs. Boil 2 doz and shell a few before you leave the house each day. You can eat them inbetween classes and they're fine to keep at room temp for a few hours.

Pass on the mayo and add mustard or hot sauce. When dieting, nothing tastes great, some sacrifice must be made.

Yeah I know you have to sacrafice. Somebody said lemon juice is good on raw tuna.

I just found some Smart Balance mayo that's got flax oil in it. It's more expensive than regular mayo, but much better for you.

Smart Balance is putting out some good stuff. They're butter is decent too - omega 3 to 6 balance is good. I'll have to get some of they're mayo. Fo' shizzle.
